Eng. Ramaz Essa is a civil engineer with ten years of experience in residential and commercial project fit-outs and decoration. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from American University in Sharjah, and has since worked on a variety of projects, ranging from small-scale residential remodels to large commercial fit-outs.
Throughout his career, Eng. Ramaz has developed a reputation for his exceptional attention to detail and his ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. He is known for his innovative and creative approach to problem-solving, and his ability to develop practical solutions that meet his clients’ needs.
Ramaz’s expertise lies in his ability to work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure that projects are designed and executed to the highest standards of quality and excellence. He has a deep understanding of the construction process, and is able to manage complex projects with ease.
In his current role at Capital Associated Contracting, Ramaz is responsible for overseeing the design and planning of residential and commercial fit-out projects. He works closely with his team of engineers and designers to ensure that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of his clients.
